Our portfolio features three types of 100% certified organic Irish seaweed, kombu kelp, carrageen and dillisk, each is available in three variants (see below). Our organic kombu kelp is light brown with a typical kelp umami flavour. Our organic dry carrageen is bright brown and has a typical dry carrageen taste. Our organic dillisk is dark brown with a typical dried dillisk taste. The textures vary between variants.
