Does foodcircle keep products in stock?

Yes. We have full control over the availability of our products as we stock them in our own warehouses.

When can I expect my products to be delivered?

Together with our logistics partners, we ship our products within 36 hours of confirming your order. From there, delivery times vary between 5 - 7 days depending on where in the EU you are based.

If you desire to have your products delivered by a specific carrier, please inquire about options and subsequent delivery times with our team before placing your order.

Where are foodcircle's products stored?

We store our products in certified organic warehouses in the EU. We optimise the location of our warehouses regularly based on the demand for our products and their most common delivery routes.

Who can order from foodcircle.com?

Anyone who meets our minimum order quantity (MOQ) can purchase organic foods through foodcircle. While the MOQ varies between products, in most cases it is one pallet.

That said, we are dedicated to finding solutions that best suit your needs and occasionally ship out mixed product pallets. Hence, if you are interested in placing an order that does not meet our MOQ, feel free to get in touch with our team and inquire about alternatives at: ops@foodcircle.com

How do I know what quality I can expect?

We work closely with our network of certified organic suppliers that comply with all industry standards. We vet each of our suppliers individually to build long-term, trusting relationships. All certifications are available for download on the individual product pages. If you would like to test the quality of our products, please inquire about express sample delivery at: info@foodcircle.com

Can I order product samples?

Absolutely! We keep fresh samples of all our products in stock. Simply head over to the individual product pages to order your samples via express delivery online. We send out samples within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Is foodcircle organically certified?

Yes. foodcircle is organically certified by ABCert (DE-OKO-006). Click here to download the certificate.

Likewise, all our partners are organic certified. You will be able to download their certificates after you have placed an order.

Can I order via email, phone?

Can I set up multiple users on the same account?

We can only allow one email address per company to register with a foodcircle account. If you would like multiple employees to have access to your foodcircle account, please use a single generic email (e.g. info@yourcompany.com) when registering with us.

Where can I download the product certificates?

Our website allows you to download product specifications for all our products. Go to the individual product pages of the product(s) you are interested in and scroll down to the 'CERTIFICATES' section.

All other certificates including the organic manufacturers' certificates and certificates of analysis become available for you to download from your dashboard once you have placed your order.

Can I make a framework agreement/multi-year contract?

Certainly! If you would like to purchase large quantities of a product in multiple orders throughout the year, we can set up a framework agreement with you at an established price. From there on in, you will be able to place call-off (blanket) orders at the fixed price directly from your dashboard.

What is my dashboard, and how can I access it?

Once you have created an account and logged into our website, click on the 'Account' button and go to 'My Account'. This is where your digital dashboard is located. You can review and manage all your orders directly from here. Your dashboard also displays your billing information, shipping details, and invoices, as well as the relevant product certificates.

Is the foodcircle.com free to use?

Yes, the use of our website and setting up an account is 100% free.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

Yes, please let us know when you want the goods to be delivered when you place your order. We ship within 36 hours of order confirmation. If you login to your account you can also always edit your preferences from your dashboard.

What shipping options does foodcircle offer?

All our orders are DAP (Delivered at Place). This means that the products will be delivered directly to your warehouse. All shipping costs have been factored into our listed prices.

Can I track the progress of my order?

To track the status of your order, simply login to your account and view the order in your digital dashboard. We will also keep you informed about the status of your order via email.

Does foodcircle do EXWork prices?

No, this is against our policy. As a foodcircle customer, your convenience is our utmost priority. Hence, all our prices include DAP (Delivered at Place) shipping. When you place an order, we compare multiple logistics partners and select the option that is best for you.

What payment terms does foodcircle offer?

What payment methods does foodcircle offer?

All orders must be paid by bank transfer and no additional fees will be incurred. Please note that we do accept credit card payments for orders of samples.

Are samples free of charge?
